New Ram
Well we are breeding our flock a little later than usual this year for several reasons but the main reason is that we are trying to sell our house so we can build one on the farm and are not sure if we can get it done in time for cold weather breeding. That being said Hank and Graddad went Saturday to pick up our new ram and I'll tell ya what, he sure is a looker. They have named him Bruce.......um, o.k. Anyway here are a few pics of this nice looking fellow.

Lamb Baby
We have been having babies left and right out here on the ol farm. Unfortunatly with the weather changing so much up and down it is easy for even sheep to get sick and that has happened here. Meet Lamb Baby (Emily named him).
His mother died from a heat stroke the other day and now he resides in our garage/backyard. He can not be left completely at the barn because he is only about a week old and needs to be bottle fed every few hours. Emily absolutely loves him and likes to run and play in the yard with him.
Is it normal for a girl to have a pet sheep instead of a dog?
